Fully fitted out

Our hotel bedrooms and corridor modules are built offsite in our Assembly Plants before being transported to the development site.  We source our fit out components from around the world and have arrangements with many suppliers for standard and bespoke supply. Hotel rooms can be fully fitted out at the factory, right down to carpets, curtains and furniture.

Sound proof and draught free

Reduction in ongoing maintenance costs is achieved by clever design of services and we can achieve very high levels of acoustic performance and air tightness.

The system comes with all our standard Building Regulation Type approvals (interactive link through to Futureform Building System TAB)  and is built to last as long as any other form of construction.


The buildings we produce use materials which are highly sustainable and fully certified and modules can be made to any size or shape which is transportable.
